A Typical Engagement
- Each client engagement is coordinated by a Project Lead with oversight from one of our expert Industry Managers
- Implico consultants are assigned based on their qualifications (finance, sales, logistics, etc) and, where required, their level of certification with SAP® OGSD or OpenTAS®
- Consultants apply their skill to one area of the project but meet regularly with the project team to understand all areas of the project
- Length of engagement varies based on size and complexity of project
- The project team works primarily from the client's location with some flexibility to work from a home office at certain stages of the project

- Structured OpenTAS and OGSD training programs to ensure consultants are fully prepared for client engagements.
- Ongoing product training in between assignments.
- Opportunities to expand your knowledge base by assuming new roles in client projects.
- Access to OGSD and OpenTAS certification upon completion of three product life cycles.
- Frequent opportunities for overseas assignments
